Update on Quarantine Orders in the Philippines

8/10/20: Metro Manila and four adjacent provinces are now under a Modified ECQ ("MECQ"); Cebu City is under a less rigorous GCQ.   The Government of the Philippines' next announcement will be on August 18th.  Customer Support Asia remains hopeful that project engagements may be conditionally quoted in September (further updates will be posted).


Project Engagements Remain Suspended

6/15/20:  Metro Manila and most provinces are under "General Community Quarantine(GCQ) until June 30th, with more rigorous "Enhanced Community Quarantine" (ECQ) pandemic controls in effect for Cebu City.   Most Customer Support Asia services remain suspended.

Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on New Project Engagements

3/14/20: Based upon the lockdown now in effect in the metro Manila,  Customer Support Asia will suspend the offering of most of its services until US-Philippines flights resume, and the mandatory quarantine period for international arriving passengers is lifted in both countries.
