Notice of Termination of Operations
9/25/20: Based upon continued disruption from the global Covid-19 pandemic, Customer Support Asia LLC will terminate operations effective September 25, 2020.
Update on Quarantine Orders in the Philippines
8/18/20: Metro Manila, Cebu City, and most BPO centers have been returned to "GCQ" after an earlier period of more severe controls. The Government of the Philippines' is expected to make its next announcement on August 31st. Customer Support Asia remains hopeful that project engagements may be conditionally quoted in September (further updates will be posted).
Project Engagements Remain Suspended
6/15/20: Metro Manila and most provinces are under "General Community Quarantine" (GCQ) until June 30th, with more rigorous "Enhanced Community Quarantine" (ECQ) pandemic controls in effect for Cebu City. Most Customer Support Asia services remain suspended.
Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on New Project Engagements
3/14/20: Based upon the lockdown now in effect in the metro Manila, Customer Support Asia will suspend the offering of most of its services until US-Philippines flights resume, and the mandatory quarantine period for international arriving passengers is lifted in both countries.
